Do you like blue cheese?
I hate the stuff, however I have just had some white Stilton (with apricots) with a glass of tawny port and it was very nice, thank you.

no I don't like it
after several decades I thought I'd try it again a few months ago and got some.......... it was just your basic Sainsbury home brand and I did eat it over few days but I'd rather have been eating any one of half a dozen other types of cheese so I don't think I'll bother with it again |

I've been enjoying Aldi's strength 6 Gorganzola and a big chunk of their specially selected Blue Stilton. I won't buy any cheese with fruit in it.
My Christmas favourite always used to be Ritx crackers with this slices of eating apple and Danish Blue. Thin slices of apple on a cracker enhances most cheeses, but works best with blue cheeses and extra strong cheddar. If you've never tried it, do so immediately

Love it. My favourite cheese is stilton - the king of cheeses. Also like St Agur and Dorest blue and Shropshire blue. Roquefort not so much but its OK.

I love it. It's especially nice as a steak sauce or something like steak and Stilton pie. My favourite is Roquefort - that's nice and creamy.

I don't like blue cheese but love white Stilton but definitely not when adulterated by apricots or any other absurd fruit they insist on adding. Try it - it's gorgeous - it doesn't need fruit added.

Love blue cheese, my favorite is gorgonzola
Also rather partial to stilton but not the white one or one with fruits - ruins the taste! |

I like pretty much all cheeses but have never been able to get on with blue. And I love a nice strong stinky parmesan.
I know it's harmless but my first problem is the mental barrier of consuming mould. Even gave it a try once. Myself and a mate ordered burgers in a pub, topped with cheddar for me and stilton for him. They got switched, and instead of making a fuss I figured I'd open my mind and give it a try. OMG. The flavour, it overpowered everything. It tasted and smelled like a marathon runner had rung out their wet socks and underwear onto my burger. I scraped off as much as a could, surely I could cope with that. But no, even just the residue left behind was unbearable. I definitely don't have the taste buds for blue! |

I love it when melted, on a burger or steak sandwich it is wonderful.

I love all cheeses.
We have a ripe Camembert in a fridge out in the back utility room. I opened the fridge to grab a beer last night. My wife walked into the kitchen shortly after and immediately said "You've opened that back fridge!!" |
