I like nearly all cheeses and especially a nice blue.

As another FM said, very nice with port.

Best not eat too much though

Crispy bacon bits with crumbled blue cheese makes a lovely jacket potato topping.

Fantastic in a souffle, or as a sauce.
Makes the king of cauliflower cheeses.
Stilton decidedly over-rated. It has benefited from some excellent marketing.

Coincidentally, I just had a few crackers with pate, a slice of Stilton and a glass of Cockburns.

I love most blue cheeses, especially Roquefort and Gorgonzola.

But I can't stand Danish Blue, which is too sharp and strong for my taste. It's perhaps unfortunate that this is the "default" blue cheese which often in the past appeared as the only option. I wouldn't be surprised if it had put people off.

Blue cheese goes very well with pears. A lovely light lunch with some walnut bread.

Same here. I like the milder blue cheeses, especially Italian ones, but I can't even stand the smell of Danish Blue.
