As much as I loved Princess Leia - this is my favourite memory of Carrie!

What a horrible few days it has been for celebrity deaths, really hoped Carrie would pull through, been a fan of hers since I saw Star Wars for the first time back in 1977. I wanted to be Princess Leia and have all those adventures.

RIP Carrie, thoughts with her family and friends

This one didn't surprise me sad to say. I have been expecting hearing it when I found out about her having a heart attack.

R I P Carrie ... you were a fabulous actress and if I have to honest, as soon as I heard the news of her major heart attack a few days ago, I have been expecting this dreadful news.

Thoughts with all her family and friends..

Nonononono, just no.

The first film I ever saw at the cinema, loved to this day. I can't deal with this one. No.

I read an interview with her just a few weeks ago where she said that she was just happy to be still alive

There's the extra sadness for the Fisher family. Actress Debbie Reynolds - Carrie's mother - outlived her daughter. Losing your child is awful.

Star Wars isn't my thing but she was always delightful on The Last Leg. Those guys will be absolutely gutted

RIP to a fabulously honest & witty woman who was so much more than the star wars she starred in
