Erdogan says the US supports ISIS
Quote:
“They were accusing us of supporting Daesh (Islamic State),” he told a press conference, according to Reuters. http://www.independent.co.uk/news/wo...-a7497841.html“Now they give support to terrorist groups including Daesh, YPG, PYD. It's very clear. We have confirmed evidence, with pictures, photos and videos,” This seems to be becoming a tradition. Taking a swipe at America when there is about to be a change of president. Rodrigo Duterte has also been attacking Obama quite a bit lately. |

Blaming their problems on the US is a well-worn tactic for second-rate leaders the world over.

The US allowed ISIS to take a foothold in Syria as they thought it would help destabilise and topple Assad which was their primary objective.

Well sadly for America, whatever Erdogan does say - it is in US interests to agree and apologise to Turkey. As long as Turkey has 50 US nuclear missiles in stored Turkey's Incirlik Airbase - the US is in no position to say anything at all concerning Turkey.
Accordingly New York Times, LA Times, ABC and CNN have not touched the story. |

Erdogan wants a certain someone extradited from the USA so he can have a show trial and execution.
Erdogan is close both religiously and politically to IS. |
