He is a complete prick.

Like when he left the first time, Jack parted on good terms with Max, fast forward two years and he could careless his brother was incarcerated and now acts like Max has done some sort of injustice to him.

What's he problem exactly?

No idea, I've always liked Jack but his behaviour towards Max was horrible

I think his attitude pisses me off more then the others, like he has no reason to act that way with him.

Jack's not stupid. He knows Max is up to something and doesn't want the drama.

Other than his lack of concern for Max he was likeable when he returned as well.

Where's that Jack gone?

Pig.

Probably so but i still think its strange, I know they never got a long, but they was on good terms when Jack left in 2014 and he seem not to give two shits he brother was wrongly convicted and now acts like its all his fault.

Hasn't Jack always been an arsehole?

Yep but now his a super arsehole lately.

Sorry but if you're going to try and correct people's grammar you may want to correct yourself

There will be plenty of drama for Jack on his Wedding Day!

To be fair re reading it, it doesn't make sense

I use my phone to much and well things go haywire sometimes when writing fast and it correcting my spelling, my bad.

*UPDATE*

Hopefully it makes more sense now!

Jack hasn't been that likeable since he returned last year, he almost bullied Ronnie into reuniting with him, and the way he's treated Roxy has been despicable (he'd been back for a couple of days when he told Ronnie not to open the door to a clearly distressed Roxy, understandably he had no idea Dean tried to rape her, but she was still clearly in a bad place and wanted her sister's support, and now he's basically victimised Roxy for breathing).

It's "try to", not "try and".

Haven't seen it in over a month but someone should give Jack a thorough and complete toecapping.

Thanks.

Ffs

I was simply saying that people should refrain from correcting others unless they're spot on themselves

Jack has reinvented himself as this property magnate with a perfect wife to be and perfect family. He's not going to let the likes of Roxy or Max ruin his image....No drunks or jailbirds allowed.😏

I agree with everyone's comments. I'm not fond of the character at the moment and he's getting on my nerves. I understand his point of view but he needs to tone it down and he should count himself lucky that Ronnie is marrying him and his brother is back in his life. I won't be feeling sorry for Jack when it all goes pear-shaped in New Year's Day.

Jack is dreadful. He has been a total kn*b since he came back and is completely unlikeable. Max might well be up to something but jack wasn't bothered about max when he was in jail, he didn't care less when he went missing after being released and still doesn't care about him now when he has no one - and let's not forget he bought max's house and turned it into flats! I'm waiting for jack's downfall......

If Ronnie dies I hope Max doesn't comfort Jack at all. Jack doesn't deserve his sympathy.

Never liked him in EE - preferred Scott in The Royals as King Cyrus' sex toy (Jake Maskall - ex-Danny Moon)

Ever since he's got back he's been a sanctimonious, pompous prick. I've found the entire reunion between Ronnie/Jack this year completely implausible and cringe-worthy to watch. It's clear that Ronnie will die on NYD and so I think in the run up to that we've been forced fed the notion of Jack as her one true love, but I think they're terrible together. There's too much bad history between them. The writers have a weird attitutde when it comes to addressing Ronnie and Jack's history: I mean they've not even addressed the fact that they're getting married on the 6th anniversary of their son's death. And Ronnie has become a pushover, seemingly having no problem with Jack slut-shaming Roxy at every opportunity, which is all the more hypocritical considering his track record with women. Actually, Jack had no problem judging Sam Mitchell within five minutes of meeting her again during Peggy's funeral, automatically castigating her as a bad mother and neglectful. Jack is being portrayed as some kind of superdad when up until recently he couldn't care less about Amy or Richard.

It's okay though, because Ronnie either leaves him on NYD or dies, and Jack will be again plunged into misery that he deserves.
