The interview for the job would have unlikely included the level of detail as to who he would axe
he would have had to in meetings post hiring present it. But doesnt mean it will be great. Lots of exits and storylines end up damp squuds and poor on screen but they would have had prior approval. The argument the bosses approved it does not equal great exit
