Normally Grade II is external as far as I know
I sanded the big front room parquet in my Grade II (bottom flat in Georgian house, lived there a long time)

Under section 2.2.4.5.7.1 a b d subsection 2.3.4.1 of the Grade II sanding floors act the rules state that you cannot sand a floor unless you seek prior approval. (Said in a Mr Bean voice).

I don't like any of this so far tonight. There is no way I'd let any of this lot loose in my house, actually I don't think I'd let anyone from this programme loose in my house.
