Pure evoke flow issue
Anyone else having an issue listening to Radio Caroline via this type of Radio. Very strange, Radio reboots when I try to listen. Added other streams manually of Caroline's but still the same issue. Not affecting any of my other saved favs and can listen via the pure connect website through my phone

Had the same problem myself yesterday and gave up after about ten attempts. All other stations in my favourites list were ok.
Glad (tho not glad) someone else has had the same problem as it isn't my set thats at fault |

From the feedback I have had it appears the older pure internet radios are having the issue. Will notify Pure to see what their response is. I don't seem to be the only one affected by this and it seems to be affecting some other stations but not ones I have tried

Don't hold your breath for an update, my original Sensia does that on one station (forget which now). It's not been updated in ages.

My Sensia crashes and reboots on the 96k stream now, was fine last week and the Reciva based internet radio doesn't connect now but cvlc plays it fine. Weird!

They do seem to be a very flaky contraption.

I was getting fed-up of my Pure Evoke Flow having a dicky-fit while in use, every so often the audio would start skipping and eventually the unit would reboot quite spectacularly.
That's when the darn thing would connect to my router upon switch-on. I felt very lucky if it did so first time. I now have a Roberts Stream 93i which in two years of constant use has given me no problems at all. |

Hi Guys,
Sorry to push this up the agenda again but I think it seems to be only an issue with Radio Caroline on the Pure Evoke so perhaps it is just an Caroline coding issue of some sort. Would appreciate any feedback from other pure evoke users. The Caroline that I'm having trouble with is the one that has the strap line real people, real music, Steve |

My Evoke Flow started to reboot when I selected Decades Radio from the favourites. I now have the same problem with Caroline London and Caroline Flashback. I have version 5.0.
