I ate some smoked pork chops out, but only becasue the rest of the menu was sausage & more sausage or a burger, which I did not fancy.
I often order fish, when dining out. |

I don't think I would order it, although pork cooked properly is delicious. Not overly keen on meat thats too juice and wet though. I rarely take steak because I like it charred on the outside, pink in the middle, with no fat or juice running out of it. Hard to get it done the way I like.

Had a pork chop in Spain cooked medium rare and it was lovely.
