I find nothing to celebrate in the fact that another year of my life has passed! But the way I look at it, if someone needs a new start every time a new year comes around, I feel sorry for them.

I thought about inviting some people over but I can't really be bothered to host a party. Now we have kids and have been through plenty of New Years eves it just doesn't seem worth the effort. What are you planning to do?

Into town, hopefully a gorgeous meal. Hotel booked since the summer. champers on ice, and watching the fireworks.
