Can't stand the man. His show should be renamed 'Charlie Brooker is an arse wipe'.

I don't actually enjoy watching Charlie Brooker, he's always come across as a bit 'right on' for me, however, i read this thread and found the Brexit bit on youtube and actually, thoroughly enjoyed it. I don't know any of the Cunk or whatever, characters, so no clue what you're talking about.
My favourite bit was where he was a reporter interviewing a leave voter and started shouted racist at him without letting him speak, so funny and so true. I might give him a try next time. |

That was brilliant by miles the best TV show over Christmas and the most enjoyable nights viewing on BBC2 last night Robotwars, Charlie Brooker, Cunk on Christmas and then Kevin Bridges.
But I thought Charlie Brooker, Cunk on Christmas, followed by Kevin Bridges was easily the best night's viewing over the holiday period. I now wish I'd kept it for NYE, it would have been so much better than last night's dire offerings. Even copious amounts of drink didn't make that appear any better. |

Still don't understand the random bleeping, is Brooker only allowed a certain quota of swearwords per episode?

I've just watched the repeat, and I didn't notice any bleeps.
( And that was the first time I've seen Trump's uncensored comment about where he felt able to grab any woman. Yuck) Very enjoyable, as always. Made me feel a little less insane about how the horrible year went. I particularly laughed at Cunk and Shitpeas' parts, but I seem to be in a minority in this. Oh well.

For example Doug Stanhope's rants were full of swears and were completely uncensored. It's just for comedic effect. |

The old ones were better than this single-'joke' offering.
I remember enjoying them back in the day. The Xmas Cunk thing after it was way better. |

Genuinely wondering if Baz_James is an undercover moderator and part of a misguided attempt to keep the forum 'balanced'.
