Read my post again and you will see that you have posted the "tosh."

You will agree that the vast majority of people that spend on the never never and have difficulties repaying are on the lower social scale and that remains a fact.
Were is the fact in your statement. But here is a real fact People in the UK owed £1.508 trillion at the end of October 2016. This is up from £1.455 trillion at the end of October 2015 – an extra £1041.23 per UK adult. The average total debt per household – including mortgages – was £55,855 in October.

Ask yourself this, why buy a tv costs 800 quid and repay 2500??

I rest my case

https://www.ifs.org.uk/publications/3158
Why would you do that?

Why would anyone pay back 2500 for a £800 tv, when they could either:
Buy it over a certain period such as 12 months interest free and pay the £800 or buy it for £800 on a credit card if they don't have the cash, switch the balance after a certain period and pay interest free over say 24 months at payments they could afford, which will still mean they paid £800 plus a small balance transfer fee if that's what they have done.

Not everyone shops at places such as Brighthouse.

In my opinion, many of those that are "educated" may have higher debts as they may have more expensive tastes or to keep up with their peers who are higher earners.

People do friend, and this is why you have outfits like that and you know its a fact

About "higher debts," that's a no brainer friend as thos same people are able to pay of debts, keep roof over head and PAY their bills on the whole when compared to those on the lower social scale.

Everyone does realize that our entire financial system would probably come crashing down if these sort of people weren't paying ridiculous amounts of interest and fines? Who do you think pays to keep the banking system going - us with our zero percent credit cards and free current accounts? No, it's the couple that go overdraft every month and end up paying £50 a time in fees.

Of course it's stupid to get yourself into that sort of debt, but when your take home salary is £1200 a month and your rent is £800 it's not hard to see how you slip into it.

Hardly anyone is gifted money and no one start running before they can walk.

People must learn to live within their means and not try to run before they can walk.

When I was younger, I used to catch a bus but some of my college/uni mates would use a cab at least a few times a week where as I would only use a cab on the odd occasion - it's called money/life managment and schools should educate the masses that can't cope with money and many have never worked in their lives and unable to grasp the meaning of money.

If there was better education re how to run a home, support self, support a family, less people would suffer and that is a fact

I wish there were better education standards with respect to teaching the writing of coherent sentences.

Just been reading about those pay day outfits were pulled up and you rarely hear about one of them now - the same out used to advertised almost 24/7 on tv.

The same people that get into deb over the xmas hols esepcially are the types that gamble on line and betting shops - that is why you see so many betting shops in devasted areas of the uk.

it's a viucious circle that need to stop

Indeedy.

It would be odd to consider taking financial advice from someone who utilises textspeak or some other bizarre abbreviation of their own device.
