Well that was generous of Mama Kardashian to donate meals to the homeless when she could have donated a lot more as she is a Multi millionaire. I bet all the food was leftovers from her massive Christmas party where she had every celebrity there that wanted to come. Oh and this not any old Christmas food. This is gourmet Christmas food made by Gourmet chefs

God what horrible people! Awful human beings. All those millions and so much of it she doesn't need. How dare she enjoy the money that brainless monkeys who are interested in following her life and buying her rancid products threw at her.

I'm not their greatest fan bit come on now. Had she given nothing no one would have noticed. As it is she did and still gets slagged off. Seems she couldn't win.

It's hard for me to get annoyed at someone doing a good thing, even if I generally dislike them.

Aye. They may be a bunch of pillocks, but a good deed is a good deed... even if it doesn't match the expectations of a few whingebags.

^this^

I can't even be arsed to dislike them, to be honest. They don't interest me, they're not trying to tell anyone else what to do, they're not in charge of anything, and they aren't exactly killing anyone or any shit like that, so I just tend to not notice them. Life's nicer that way. And I REALLY can't be arsed to give anyone I don't care about shit for doing something good, no matter how minor. That seems like the very definition of a waste of shit.

I don't follow the Kardashians or any of their programs, but how can you give anyone a hard time for doing a nice thing?

Oh, and I very much doubt it was their leftovers either.

It reminds me of that scene from Austin Powers where Dr Evil holds the world to a ransom of $1m dollars.

But I don't know the details of this so don't want to be mean-spirited. I don't know the context. So if this was for some local institution it would be a nice gesture for the neighbourhood.

I suppose that some celebrities could donate shedloads of money to some charity, but you could equally say that is faceless and cold and doesn't necessarily require empathy. Something small scale like this could be seen to be more direct and personal.

Never good to hear someone suggesting how much somebody else should give to charity.

Charity is always an area that celebrities can never do right by.

They give but some moan as they think its not enough
They give and some think they are showing off for publicity
They don't give and people slag them off
They give in secret and people slag them off because they think they aren't giving.

I am no fan of the Kardashians but at the end of the day they don't HAVE to give anything to charity or donate anything. I bet the homeless that Benefitted from the donation were grateful of the meal.

Jesus said......“Watch out! Don’t do your good deeds publicly, to be admired by others, for you will lose the reward from your Father in heaven. When you give to someone in need, don’t do as the hypocrites do—blowing trumpets in the synagogues and streets to call attention to their acts of charity! I tell you the truth, they have received all the reward they will ever get. But when you give to someone in need, don’t let your left hand know what your right hand is doing. Give your gifts in private, and your Father, who sees everything, will reward you.

Donald Trump once donated a meal to a homeless guy.

He sent him the bill a few days later.

Surprisingly, it wasn't even them that told the media, it was the charity Red Eye (to whom they donated the food).

"The Instagram post by Red Eye founder Justin Mayo explained, "Got a Christmas call from Jenner / Kardashian Home saying they wanted to donate some food." Then, 100 chef-prepared meals were donated to the homeless. "No publicity. No press release," the post went on to say. "Simply an amazing family loving their city."

Justin ended the post by writing, "They had no clue I'd post this but I felt people should see this side of their hearts. Thank you."

Can't really find it in myself to criticise a charitable act either, as others have said I doubt the people who received the food would be complaining, and that is all that matters.

100 'Chef-Prepared' meals!? C'mon, that is just a pretentious and patronising token.

A good thing to do, but I'm sure she could have donated a lot more without it even denting her fortune. Anyway, yeah, a good thing to do.

I guess that there are many who have given their time, money and support to those homeless and in need over the festive period. When a family of multi millionaire reality stars give some I guess wonder if its due to generosity or publicity.

Either way someone benefits - that's good

I think* Kim Kardashian deleted her social media and hasnt been seen in public since, so its obviously had quite a big impact on her. Also her husband had a proper breakdown about a month ago.

*I think, this was mentioned on a programme I watched a few days ago about celebrities in 2016... I dont know if it was true
