True. Until today I've managed to live a fairly Kardashian free life. Or Kashardians as I sometimes call them. I get muddled. I don't understand their popularity OR unpopularity tbh.

can we just agree that some good has come of this to all of us, while she was on the phone to the charity that stopped her taking selfies of her arse for five minutes

Just did a google to try and find out if it was leftovers or not but seems they do this fairly often

Well there you go. Criticised for not doing more, turns out they do do more. Maybe we should put up a plaque.

So how come we are only hearing about it now if they have been doing this sort of thing for years

If they publise what they do each Christmas with the Homeless then they would not get the bad press they always keep getting. People would start to respect them and we would change our opinion about them and see them as caring human beings instead of the opposite. But i can understand why they want their business to be private even though they love the publicity and have TV show that shows what they get up to in their daily lives

You did notice that all the links in that Google search were news reports, right?

Now a hundred meals does not sound a lot as that is just feeding a hundred homeless people when there must be over a thousand in that state that are homeless. So you have to ask yourself. How come they could not make more meals for those people as they must know that there are thousands that are homeless and not a hundred

Do the Kardashians think there is only a hundred people that are homeless because that is what it looks like. I thought about this since they did it and i have to say it was a nice gesture by the family to do this at Christmas. But do they do this every Christmas because if this is just a one off then why do this kind gesture this year and not last year or the year before”

Apparently their ratings are down. Damn me for being so cynical

Wouldn't it be better that they regularly give a tenth of their earnings to charity and change their lifestyle so they don't use up some much resources as they do. How many homes can you live in? How many diamonds and other gems do you need, can't see the need for one myself but there you are, how many cars can you drive etc etc.

All those stories were from 2011. You can tell because the photos of Kim were when she looked like herself.

Tbf there are many many people with extravagant lifestyles you could say that about.

I don't really care why they did it or how much more they could have done or even if they are benefitting from it somehow. They did something and I'm sure that something was appreciated. The end result is the same. People got food.

lol - I thought the idea was for them to do charitable acts incognito?

They really can't do right for doing wrong can they?

It's really laughable to suggest they didn't want it publicized. You and I breathe oxygen, they breathe publicity exposure and the sooner their air supply is cut off and they slither into the pit of obscurity, the better.

Yeah but so bloody what?

Sheesh, the sour, resentful bitterness on here, towards these characters is unreal.

You'd think they'd murdered someone, instead of feeding them.

It would have been better if a facility had been hired so they could eat it in comfort, rather than them having to help themselves out of the boot of a car in skid row.

How many animals are slaughtered to quench their blood thirst for wearing fur!

How many dogs do they buy only for them to be given away a few months later

The whole family make me sick

I donated for food baskets, gave food and cash to the poor for lunches, known by only a few.

I get tired of not being able to look at Google News without another Kardashian story and another un sexy, 'sexy' shower video.

Not criticizing what they did, just saying it isn't publicity worthy based on their massive income.

Sounds like the spirit of Christmas really. Not sure what the complaints are about, other than people like to moan. They're an annoying fame-whorish family, generally speaking, but this seems a kind gesture at any rate. Could they have given more? Sure, but so could the majority of us who post here. Not more than 100 free meals perhaps, but any one of us who bought a large or expensive gift for ourselves or a loved one could have given the money to charity instead.
