Is it Possible To Lower The Camera Resolution On Samsung Galaxy A3 Phones?...
I was wondering if its possible to lower the camera/picture/photo resolutions to 5MP or less on a Samsung Galaxy A3 and it it is possible then how do I do it? My model number is the SM-A300FU and I bought it in August 2015.
If its not possible on that one, I also have a Motorola G 3rd generation phone too, is it possible to lower the resolution on that one? I don't know how to use the secondary parts of these camera phones either if anyone mentions that. Thanks in adavnce. |

I have a diifferent model, but it's probably the same on yours, turn on the camera and turn it to landscape, on the left you can access settings, click on resolution, on mine there are 5 diifferent resolutions.

I meant you just need to turn your phone to landscape, you don't have to set it. If you have an icon showing a cog, that's settings, you should be able to change your resolution in there.

I have that cog icon but I haven't seen any option to change the resolution nor landscape. I might take it to carphone and see if they know if its possible or not.

What difference would that make? There is nothing in settings to change the resolutions on the samsung galaxy A3 from what i can see.
http://deviceguides.vodafone.ie/web/...ips/use-camera ![]() and https://recombu.com/mobile/article/s...video-samples# quote On the left edge there’s a row of settings that can be hidden and called up with a quick tap. This includes a filter feature, toggles for the flash and timer and a shortcut to the resolution settings. or this http://www.techradar.com/reviews/pho...79601/review/5 quote Akin to many smartphones on the market, you'll have to tweak the default settings in order to get the most out of the Galaxy A3's camera. Luckily this is a rather easy task thanks to Samsung's simplified camera software, and with a quick tap on the settings cog in the top left of the viewfinder you can crank up the resolution to the full 8MP. it doesn't get any good reviews on the camera anyway, so why do you want/need to reduce it? |

I inferred from that you didn't know how to select landscape mode, which is just a case of how you hold the phone. |
