How is she a Serial Killer? She's 'killed' one person (Ethel), and that was Euthanasia, which is a serious subject, whereas all of your posts come across as making fun of this by referring to her as a serial killer?
Although looking for the story in the R&R exit thread on the sun and I noted a
Spoiler
I think JB could shed more light on Dot's murderous ways tho

But how did she kill Nick? She gave him the Heroin which led to his death but I'm sure HE injected it, not her. So she assisted his death but didn't murder him? I know she left him though.

It absolutely is. She is the beating heart of the show with a rich legacy. Of course Dot won't be there forever, but when the time comes it will be a blow.
But the show would go on and survive. |

And even if you forget that she has killed people, she always acts unlikable BIB - How does she? She always offers help to her family, she took Abi in after she was kicked out of the Mitchell's, she's just taken in a stray cat and, even if she's quite stern and opinionated, she's not necessarily 'unlikeable', and definitely not always (unless you don't like her, in which case you could say she's unlikeable but she's not out-and-out nasty if that makes sense). |

No they did not, he grabbed Dot but she freed herself with Jim's help and he fell backwards out of the window.

No, Joe fell after hitting himself off of something and stumbling backwards out of a window. It was after a scuffle but the fall wasn't caused by Dot or Jim, as shown by Attitude's post.

You do realise that was the 80's that was how people thought, Dot is no longer a homophobe when Paul died she was round Vincent's for dinner and said that all these homophobes need to be dealt with and how sad she was that Paul died.

I wonder if with her failing eyesight she falls over the cat, there's got to be a reason the cat is black.
