About time.

It seems the older you are the longer they keep them waiting. But many younger peeps get there's before they should.

You seem to have a bit of a grudge against Sir Ken. Where would you suggest such a jury would be? Luckily we have a legal system to protect us from the pitchfork brigade.
Acquitted with not a stain on his character.

Lollipop People sound like either allies or enemies of The Diddy Men

Me too but there's not much chance of that.

Nothing would surprise me now about this annual festive hangover.

Love Doddy and he's a comedy legend, but's he's as tight as two coats of paint, of a generation who think paying income tax is OK for fools and plebs but not him.

Too stingy even to pay for a manager he would not leave a theatre till he was paid in readies, even when the box office takings were in the night safe. We all think it's quirky and harmless, but it's tax evasion, it's criminality.

However he won't be the first or the last person of low morality to nab a knighthood.

now that Doddy's sorted, on to Geoffrey Boycott OBE

Yet found not guilty. What information do you have that the court didn't?

did he go to court in Liverpool, as obviously you have a much better chance of getting away with criminal activity if you are judged by Scousers ?

Boris here, borrowing Pitmans computer

The last time Ken Dodd told a joke that actually got a laugh was towards the end of the Jurassic Age.

The court did have the information. But considering all the papers were backing him the Jury were quite obviously never going to find him guilty - he was a national treasure and all that. I like his comedy but he's as tight as a duck's arse - had millions stashed away in Jersey and the Isle of Man.

I bet it was on a tab. He still insists on being paid in cash now I think.
