I follow an old school friend on Twitter who is a 'fangirl' for Ben and Paul. Every time I see her tweets, I think 'yeah but they had sex in a funeral home with a dead body in the room.'
Yeah I thought that was glorious and sexy in a bizarre way!

You do surprise us Hilds, has it given you some ideas to spice up your love life, take your boyfriend to the local funeral parlour, what's a dead body when its standing in the way of two warm bodies getting it on.

Another one that needs sectioning...
Why for saying it's good to see someone knuckle down and concentrate on what they are passionate about.

Too many people rush to mock people. He's happy and as another poster said he's not doing anything illegal

I cannot unsee those pictures. I often thought that Ianto shrine (any Torchwood fans here?) was pushing it but dayum, this is a new extremity I didn't know existed.

Dead bodies don't stand. Not on their own anyway.

The suit works really well doesn't it. Do you think he will have added more than 5k value to his house?

I don't think so somehow.

While he's not doing any harm, it is odd though. I get liking the character/actor but making his own merchandise though, it's a tad strange.

I'd say memorabilia rather than merchandise as he certainly isn't selling it. He clearly has a flair for it, everything looks so well, especially his full size cardboard cut outs. A man who has found happiness and an interest.

He probably won't have that shrine by the time he's 60.

For the reason that he's a middle aged man walking the streets in a onesie that he made himself with the face of some young fictional character. And he also tries to find out where his person lives. Why are you condoning it so much? He might not of hurt anyone... yet.

Because he's different. Because he's achieved something...

Maybe Shaun just wanted to send a Christmas tree. And while I agree that wearing a onsie in public should be an offence to the best of my knowledge it is not.

In your case I think that was inevitable rather than achievement. If you are full of it chances are it will pop out eventually.

Who the hell sends Christmas trees? More like he wanted to wear his skin as a suit

Funny that you go out of your way to defend someone like a white knight but are quick to jump at someone and try to insult them because they said something you don't like. I think your the one who's full shit sweetheart.

Why would he do that when he has the onesie? Less messy for a start.

I really don't understand why this guy is getting a hard time for having a passion

As against you who revels in mocking a man who has had a bereavement and been bullied. Why? because it makes you feel superior. You are the one spouting excrement all over these forums. Get a hobby like Shaun!

I like it. It shows dedication and it has helped this nice man in his time of bereavement. He was bullied and coming out was difficult, who are any of us to judge if this has helped him coped. Everyone has coping mechanisms

If a few of you spent as much time on a worthwhile past time like this, then the DS forums would be all the better for it!!

Bravo!
In what way is this worthwhile ? There is no way anybody can spin this into something positive, this is not normal behaviour. The guy clearly has an obsession with the character / actor.

Rubbish. he has an interest and a flair for customising interiors and clothes. He hasn't broken the law.

Wonderful to see such creativity and dedication!

What you see as dedication, most will see as obsession.

You're right, he hasn't broken the law. If Harry Reid ever paid this guy a visit though, i bet he would break many laws. Harry Reid would probably never get out alive.
