I guess this professional office is under one of London's many bridges.

The tea lady we had, as expected was workshy and only did a few hours a week to keep with in the 16 hour rule and claim a load of benefits. Good ridance and I look forward to the machines, and me and a couple of work friends usally go out for luch about 2/3 times a week subject to weahter”

Pray do tell what "loads of benefits" she got? You obviously have no idea how the system works at all do you?

From reading a lot of your posts you are a right nasty piece of work.

Long gone are the days when DS had good, funny trolls / PBUs Hopefully 2017 will attract a better class of WUMs.

OP "princessxxxx" if you're going to troll and make up stories can you at least be funny? You're a pretty low class of troll, with no wit.

We used to have one, and indeed the same person still works in the canteen, but she packed in coming round as her sales were meagre. What ruined it was the canteen opening for breakfasts from 7:30am to 10am. Most people were going down there instead and as a result, they were already satiated when she came round at about 10:30.

Mind, her bacon rolls are out of this world. Thankfully she still does them.

Going by the title and theme of this thread, no prizes for guessing who has ruffled the OP's feathers.

Not even a half-wit, in fact.

There used to be a tea lady at the place I worked about twelve years ago. She used to bring her trolley round to every office and it seemed immensely civilising and rather wonderful.

yes, silly me, there`s nothing an 18 year old loves more in a job than getting a hand up their [compulsory] skirt whilst serving a sarnie and getting trapped in the pantry by a middle aged, randy chef, on the hour, every hour, must surely be every young girl`s dream.

I haven't worked in an office for years but when I did I loved the tea lady!
Good excuse to down tools and have a chat + cheap cakes and chocs!

As she came into a corridor she'd shout 'TROLLEY!!' at the top of her voice!

I discovered my housemate set up a profile just so he could troll on here. His efforts were just as bad.

Appears that some posters still have their tea ladies.

I recall going for an interview several years ago and as I was waiting I saw the tea lady, she was dressed like an air hostess. It was an American/international company based in London. This tea lady did not serve hot drinks, so I'm not sure is she was still called a tea lady or something else.

I love a bacon sandwich but where I work, colleagues are a bit snobbish
