0 / 50 at the moment.

Bruce Forsyth is a likely candidate for first maybe?

List is mainly older people, you can't really factor in the surprises can you.

You're full of good will.

Anyway:

Never send to know for whom the bell tolls; it tolls for thee

Could be your turn

I thought the Mods were exaggerating when they said these threads pop up weekly.

I guess they weren't.

You sound extremely unpleasant, whether you're simply attention seeking or serious. Have you considered seeking help?

Bit harsh!

One already has. an American actor but he wasn't a high profile name to Brits.

"Death pools" (predicting who will die in any given year) are tasteless but hard to resist!

What a horrible thread.

It fascinates me how strongly people dislike Geldof. He wrote three of my favourite songs of all time, is a wonderful interviewee and a great humanitarian. Those of us who were around and young in 1985 will always remember Band Aid and Live Aid fondly for the sense of unity and hope they gave us. In retrospect, there was much about it that was naive and crass, but its, and his, heart were absolutely in the right place.
