Well, seeing as the forum's woken up.

This series will primarily be a traditional fantasy series, but with two twists:

1) I'm gonna try the Straw Poll method of voting (lord help us all, I can barely work FB), and, more interestingly,

2) The couple who receives the most votes in any week will be immune from elimination the next week; if there's a tie at the top, no-one is immune, to stop 11 people being immune in a week with 11 couples or other such nonsense.

Expect the ever-present anagrams over the next few hours.

I am looking forward to this.

I am glad it's not just me who is doing a series over the winter period!

Do you want to vote on my thread?

Strictly withdrawal hits us all in the cold light of the new year.

Also, I just have! For the person I'll vote (power vote if necessary) for every week.

I expect to see that Charleston in the final, following in the footsteps of my own Kirsten O'Brien and her own perfect "That Man" routine.

Looking forward to this
Hope it delivers! I think the cast is diverse enough for people to either have a clear favourite, or know no-one and come in carry blanche.

I'm not even going to bother guessing. I'm notoriously rubbish with anagrams.

So am I.

I'm not too bad at having to fill in the gaps.

I'm not even being lazy, I've honestly sat here trying to work these out on more than one occasion and can't even come up with any "nearlies"

So glad to have inspired such misery and dejection, it's what I always aim for. I'm sure you'll all enjoy my next game, where you have to complete challenges from The Crystal Maze and Fort Boyard in order to reveal each contestant; I've got Mumsy in on it and everything, she'll be Tess and The Professor will be Claudia up in his lighthouse.

(Celebrities will be revealed and paired off at 14:30).

Well, time to slay these anagrams and bury them in the dirt where they belong.

Our 14 celebrities are ready to be unveiled and partnered off, so let's get started!
