Except that a hotel hadn't locked the door to a pool with no attendant . Hotels are very very aware of litigation for things like that

The depth of the water had no relevance to their deaths.

Thanks.

If you've been knocked unconscious and your nose and mouth are in the water you cant stand up

It was these white judo clothes for me . We had to swim in them for a specific length or time ( I forgot) and then undress while still in the water .

What if your nose is longer than 3 inches? Or you knocked yourself out and your head landed on its side?

I never knew they were both fourteen feet tall.

Did you see how deep it was?

Regardless you can drown in a puddle.

The Universe has an infinite number of ways to kill someone and drowning is one of the most ubiquitous

Any hotel swimming pool is not going to be any deeper than 6ft max, yet they both get into trouble and drown. Pathetic. It would have been more realistic if they drowned in the river going off the bridge earlier in the evening, but that was clearly more difficult for the lazy EE production crew to film.

Terrible.”

Totally agree

Looked like Roxy was having some kind of seizure on the bottom.

They were a short way from the floor of the pool and a short way from the top, you can see that clearly in the shot. Easily Ronnie would have stood up with her veil wrapped around her face and her pulling it off. Not drowning!

I'm guessing the water would be cold too?

Its interesting how different people see different things. For me, I saw:

1. Roxy laying STILL near/on the bottom of the pool.
2. When Ronnie jumped in her veil/dress wrapped around her, but it was made of netting and so wouldn't have suffocated her.
3. You could see them both near the bottom of the pool, but you could also see them near to the surface, as this was clearly visable.
4. Ronnie could easily have stood up and wiped the veil from her face.

Oh and lots of people seem to think Ronnie left the poolside to take her dress off before calling to Roxy. I didn't see that at all. I saw her on the poolside trying to undo the front of her dress and struggling.

I don't think so, she had a bag of coke but didn't take it. Max found it on the bed.

I already put this into the episode thread but it fits here too
