If I remember rightly, one of the newspapers published in October this exact fate for Ronnie & Roxy - Roxy would drown with Ronnie jumping in to save her, drowning herself from the dress. I'm a little surprised that they actually went with this ending when they could have changed things and proved all the newspapers wrong.

I knew as soon as they pointed at something on the stairs that was the ending. Really didn't feel it was dramatic or anything. I wasn't shocked in any way. Sad, but not shocked.

I had no clue what was going to happen and still thought it was poor. Somebody said that there was nothing contrived about it....i don't know how anyone can come to that conclusion. Most of the episode was contrived.
