Obviously, no one would care about the fact that Carl White was killed (in self-defence, admittedly) but Fatboy was a harmless character. He never did anything bad to anyone, and he died an awful, painful death. Watching Ronnie death tonight on EE was awful: even watching made me feel claustrophobic. That’s exactly how Fatboy felt as he was locked in that boot for hours.
I say this should be a reveal at the funeral.

No one cares about Carl but I didn't think Ronnie was responsible for Fatboy's death.

One reveal should be how she and Vincent ran Charlie out of Walford last year. He should return to take Matthew IMO and explain to Dot and Jack what really happened. Since Jack is close to Dot I think he would understand.

I'd hoped she'd find out the truth about who was in the boot of the car before she was killed off - I'm not sure I see much point in having it revealed after her death unless Vincent had been pulled up by the police as they or someone else became suspicious about Fatboy's absence.

That being said I am interested to see how Vincent reacts to Ronnie's death when he and Kim return from their holidays.

Ronnie organised for Vincent to be killed. And taunted him when she belueved he was in the boot. Even if you belie e that she pnly meant to svste.l, not.lill him (which I don't), thete wss always a chance the fright could trigger a hear attack or he could suffocate being in the boot for that long.

If she knew it was fatboy she wouldn't have done any of that.

Vincent isn't afraid of small spaces. Fatboy was.

Of course she wasn't innocent. She set the chain of events in motion that led to Fatboy's death. The fact that Claudette intervened and the wrong person ended up in the boot doesn't alter the fact that Ronnie intended for someone to be killed.

Definitely. They fell out terribly by the end of last year so it'll be interesting to see how he takes it.

That said I really hated their storyline in summer 2015. Dropping their "affair" was a good decision and it's helped Vincent immensely. His fake gangster/copper thing was terrible, he's one of the most improved characters on the show. Really like his family man routine. He has good chemistry with Patrick and the Foxes.

It doesn't matter that she didn't know it was Fatboy, she planned to kill somebody,including hiring men for the kidnap, putting him.in the boot, taking the car to the crusherd. That she got the wrong man is irrelevent.

I'm not claustrophobic but I can imagine I might start hetting very scared and oanicked if grabbed by strangers, shived into the boit of a car, left there for hours and told that I wS going to be crushed shortly.

You wouldn't need pre exisring phobia for that to have an effect on your body reactions, including heart.

I think it's sad that nobody on the Square knows what happened to him apart from Vincent.

I can see Vincent becoming quite affected by Ronnie's death and it may lead to a sort of confession, to Dot and Jack.

I agree. While in a way I thought Ronnie and Roxy accidentally drowning together in the hotel swimming pool was beautiful and tragic, I agree that the truth about what happened to Arthur/Fatboy should have come out and that Ronnie was responsible for that.

Claudette was one part in the chain of causation. Ronnie set that chain in motion. Had she not done so, there would not have been a murder plot for Claudette to manipulate. They both played their part and share the guilt but Ronnie is responsible for starting it all.

No, Ronnie was responsible. She hired a hitman to kill Vincent, so she fulfills the mens rea. That the hitmen got Fatboy instead is irrelevant. It's called murder with transferred malice.

Roxy brought a man home. Ronnie took a dislike to him, invited him to her room. Then she ripped her own clothes and screamed rape. Roxy kicked her man out. Anyone remember this. Happened around 2009.

I really would love for Charlie to tell Dot why he has been absent. Another reason why I haven't taken to this happy family rubbish she was building with Jack. She made a decision for her son for her own selfish reasons. Charlie was a good dad to Matthew and compared to her own crimes he didn't deserve to harshly be erased from his sons life.

Claudette certainly played a part by forcing Vincent to target the Mitchells and then by sending Fatboy on the errand in stead of Vincent when she suspected Vincent was in danger.

But, there would have been no thugs to take Fatboy to his death if Ronnie hadn't organised it. She took out a hit, there isno getting away from it. Claudette just ensured the hit got the wrong person.

If Ronnie hadn't organised it, nobody would have died.

Not everu character has plotted a murder and taunted the victim as to how they were going to die as they were trapped beforehand.

There are degrees of crime and few have done things as bad as Ronnie during 2015.

Anyway, other characters crimes don't make a difference re commenting on her. I was just as hard on Stacey before she finally took responsibility for killing Archie. I still think it is dusgusting that everybody who wsrs involved in the Bobby cover up haven't been punished legally and with the whole Swuare knowing. I didn't like Tanya getting away with burying Max alive in 2008.
