Andy will die in the garage fire which Phelan will start to set it up that Kev did it as an insurance job. Kev will be sent to jail which will lead to a free Kev campaign. This is why Rosie will come back for the court-case. The 2 new characters (David's pick-pocket and Bethaney's new fella) have some link to Kylies killer and it is a plot to destroy the Platts. David's pick-pocket will help save them by revealing the plot and end up going out with David eventually.
