I think that after 10 years in the soap, and being part of the biggest storylines of the last decade, Ronnie and Roxy deserved a special 'farewell' episode - it would have been nice to see all of their best bits and some interviews/ a behind the scenes look at the wedding day.

It only cements the feeling that Sam and Rita left on less than brilliant terms with the team.

BIB I'm not sure not receiving a Farewell special is indicative of that, those specials haven't aired in five years. These days they do shorter ones that go up on iPlayer so it's possible R and R will get that
