Anyway, following on from last years thread, I thought of putting together another one of these to see how The UK's most dangerous village will cope with yet another year of death, crime and poor storytelling.

Apart from the ones that have already returned and left again, Grace's mother, Tabbie, Jude.. Maybe OB will return.

I honestly thought with Jack's storyline at New Year that Cameron would be gone at Christmas, now it seems like it will never happen. But it can't go on much longer now that he has turned on Leela, so maybe before 2 more months? Everyone will continue being stupid, but once one thread gets pulled, each and everyone that knows something but for some reason hasn't bothered to do anything about it, will suddenly attack Cameron.

6. Will there be any shock exits?

I have a feeling Sienna will be going soon, how many more of her plots can she get away with?
I can see the Lomax' all going.
Maybe Louis, Mac and Marnie.

7. How long will it for the truth to come out about Louis being Daniel's father?

Got to be before Cameron leaves, which has to be soon and Louis wants to be apart of the child's life, so a month of two.

8. Which couple will be the first to split?

Warren and Sienna (followed by Simone and Louis, Holly and Nick)

9. Will any McQueen's leave this year?

Hope so!! I can only see it being Cleo though.

10. Will Freddie finally leave?

That depends on how lucky we are.. HOs viewers are never lucky when it comes to what they want on the show, so he will be there forever!

11. How long will it be before the Osborne's forgive Jack?

Easter.

12. What will be the conclusion of the Nick and Ellie story?

Ellie will tell everyone she was raped, Nick will deny it and both say they were drug and she led him back to her bedroom, police may get involved but I doubt they would go forward with charges when there is no evidence. The Nightingales will go crazy, Cindy will turn on Nick (like she did with Dodger) and go mad that Nick was with Holly and will assume that Nick raped Holly. Dirk will support Nick, but do what he has to to please Cindy. Tegan will try supporting Nick, but will have her own family dramas. Nick could get fired (isn't he only in training, so doesn't have a full contract with the hospital?) and then he leaves.

13. Will Jude return?

Yes, but not sure how she will get away with theft.

14. What is your expectations of Hollyoaks 2017?

3. Which family will have a random family member suddenly turn up? I've always had the feeling that Sally would have an ex-wife or other kids show up to make trouble for her.

6. Will there be any shock exits? I think Sienna might actually die in the upcoming storyline involving the garage fire/car explosion. Predict Amy, Cleo and Neeta to leave this year but don't think any of them would come as a huge shock.

7. How long will it for the truth to come out about Louis being Daniel's father? In the next 2 months or so. It's got to be before Cameron leaves

8. Which couple will be the first to split? Sienna and Warren or Amy and Ryan

9. Will any McQueen's leave this year? I think Cleo will and at least one of Goldie, Prince and Hunter - they don't seem very well received.

10. Will Freddie finally leave? Yes

11. How long will it be before the Osborne's forgive Jack? 2-3 months at least

12. What will be the conclusion of the Nick and Ellie story? Ellie tells Freddie, who threatens Nick. Nick pushes Holly too far, and she dumps him, then he gets with Tegan and tries the same with her. Finally the three girls all agree Nick is a predator, report him to the police, and it goes to trial. He gets acquitted (or the case is thrown out of court) because it's their word against his, and he and Ellie were both so drunk that neither of them really knows what happened.

13. Will Jude return? I think so - Davinia Taylor claimed she'd been in talks to reappear in the summer.

14. What is your expectations of Hollyoaks 2017? The constant merry-go-round of affairs, babies, blackmail, drugs, death and destruction will continue

Hmmm she will report Nick to the police for rape but nobody will believe her but then he will try and rape Holly.

I think Justin could make a comeback this year as Chris Fountain has recently got back into acting with the Full Monty tour. It would make sense as he has plenty of links to the current characters. He could return in a storyline relating to Warren and he could then bond with Charlie and try and get custody of him.

Other than Esther probably will be? After her? I reckon Lisa or Zack protecting Louis from Cameron

Joel leaving after the Sienna storyline OR Nick after the Ellie storyline

Off the top of me, I don't think so...maybe Sonia after Zack is attacked?

Yes....as I said on another thread....Peri will end up killing him.

Nancy maybe? Leaving after everything that has happened with the family?

February...around Valentines Day. Louis and Simone are about to renew their vows when either Peri or Tegan burst in and tell everyone

Sienna and Warren (or Louis and Simone)

Cleo (hopefully) even though I want Goldie and the rest of them to bugger off!!

10. Will Freddie finally leave?
Maybe towards the end of the year but I'm not 100%

11. How long will it be before the Osborne's forgive Jack?
3-6 weeks and then the storyline will be forgotten

12. What will be the conclusion of the Nick and Ellie story?
Nick will be arrested but released after it gets to court, he then leaves and Freddie and Ellie also leave roughly at the same time on holiday

13. Will Jude return?
No, her storyline is totally over now

14. What is your expectations of Hollyoaks 2017?
Everything that has happened around Christmas to be forgotten by May and Sienna will move on from the Nico storyline in a couple of months

I am not a very regular viewer but will give these a go!

1. Who will be the first character to die this year?
Eva or Liam (or both) - that was never going to end well!

2. Who will be the first character to leave without dying?
Diego.

3. Which family will have a random family member suddenly turn up?
Probably the McQueens! Though Tabby's coming back isn't she?

I can't think of any off the top of my head but i'm sure we'll see some familiar faces!

Hopefully, but probably not.

I can see Sienna and / or Grace going.

7. How long will it for the truth to come out about Louis being Daniel's father?
I give it a month.

Mac and Marnie (again!) or Sienna and Warren - both likely to happen!

9. Will any McQueen's leave this year?
Goldie?

10. Will Freddie finally leave?
Not for the next six months at least once he learns about what happened to Ellie. I think it heavily depends on how that story ends.

11. How long will it be before the Osborne's forgive Jack?
Two months.

12. What will be the conclusion of the Nick and Ellie story?
I have several theories.

Ellie will tell James what happened and being the lawyer he will tell her that what Nick did was wrong, after all, she doesn't know what happened and the only people to actually mention 'rape' are Nick and Tegan, not Ellie! James will persuade Ellie to report Nick and be her lawyer in the case.

Tegan will announce it to the world and throughly humiliate Ellie. The Nightingales will hear it from someone (not Ellie) and go off on one. I can see Marnie not believing Ellie or blaming her because of the 'family reputation', to which I say pot, kettle, black!

Ellie will end up in hospital after the fire and Nick will be there. She begs someone (Freddie? One of her brothers?) not to let him near her and explains why.

Whatever happens, I do hope they convict Nick because what he did was wrong and it would be good to see a conviction, which you don't often see in soaps.

13. Will Jude return?
Yes.

14. What is your expectations of Hollyoaks 2017?
Drama. Lots of it. Not all good, not all bad.

There's nothing 'shocking' about exits on HO anymore but I reckon a long term character (More than 10 years) will leave

Mac beats up Nick and then Mac gets charged, at the trial it all comes out but it is revealed that Ellie did consent, she just can't remember.

8 deaths, countless kidnaps, 2 pregnancies, 2 weddings, 1 BSA.

Possibly Joel tonight.

If Esther dies, then Kim.

3. Which family will have a random family member suddenly turn up?

A random Roscoe to keep Freddie fairly relevant.

4. Will there be any unexpected returns?

Possibly. But not on the scale that we had last year.

5. Will Cameron (THE SHIT) ever get found out / any of the Lomaxes grow any brain cells?

Hopefully as soon as possible. They'll still be morons though.

Diego if he counts. None if he doesn't.

Nick will realise that he was in the wrong and hand himself him like Gilly, but not before all out war between Cindy, Dirk, Mac and Marnie. Holly will be heavily involved too.

Same old story. But hopefully signs of improvement.

Probably not, the Lomaxes only have one brain cell between the lot of them. If it is found out, I hope it is in the first half of the year and then the show can move on.

This is Hollyoaks so there will probably be, the trailer shows

Months, possibly a year or more, or when the Lovedays are completely happy.

Possibly Cleo when she finds out about Celine.

No, the Roscoe quota needs filling.

Nick will be branded a rapist and everyone will turn against him.

I hope that the show will go back to how it was during Summer up until Halloween Spooktacular last year, for once in a long time it was a half decent programme again but it has regressed since then and gone back to sensationalist nonsense.

My bet is on Esther, although HO kill characters at the drop of a hat so it's very hard to tell.

Probably Cameron, his storyline is due to finish anyway.

The McQueen's, it's always the McQueen's.

Not that I can think of, maybe OB will make another return.

Hopefully, I dont see how much longer he can get away with this.

No one in HO has any brain cells - the Lomaxes are no exception.

I have a feeling Sienna's days are over. There's not much HO can do with her character now.

7. How long will it for the truth to come out about Louis being Daniel's father?
Probably when Simone and Louis are at their happiest, and the Loveday's are this perfect little family unit all lovey dovey with each other. Either that or just before Cameron's exit when he reveals the truth in a fit of rage or revenge.

8. Which couple will be the first to split?
Probably Warren and Sienna. Warren's close to finding out the truth and I can't see them staying in a relationship once he finds out.

9. Will any McQueen's leave this year?
Hopefully Goldie, her two sons and Myra.

10. Will Freddie finally leave?
Maybe next year. He's heavily involved in the Ellie storyline so I can't see him leaving anytime soon. Also he's the only Roscoe left and Kirkwood seems to love him so I can't see him leaving unless the actor leaves of his own accord.

11. How long will it be before the Osborne's forgive Jack?
It's hard to tell. In HO people usually forgive and forget in about a week, but HO seem to be dragging this out. If Esther lives and is okay the Osborne's will probably forgive Jack right away, however if Esther dies or is seriously injured then I think it might take a while.

12. What will be the conclusion of the Nick and Ellie story?
It's pretty obvious this storyline is a rape storyline and not a consent one - nothing wrong with that of course, it's just HO made a big deal about this storyline being neutral and seeing it from both sides. I think eventually Ellie will tell the truth but no one will believe her. People will think she's making it up or she just had drunken sex and is misunderstood. Nick will obviously deny it and say it was consensual - whether he believes that or not is up for debate.

After being shunned by the village, I think Ellie will become depressed however will eventually decide to go the police. At first it will be difficult because of lack of evidence and the fact alcohol's involved but I think they'll find some evidence, or more likely Nick realises that Ellie didn't consent and confesses. Honestly I can't see the storyline ending any other way than Nick going to prison without causing outrage with viewers.

13. Will Jude return?
Maybe, I don't know. If she does though it think it will be very short.

14. What is your expectations of Hollyoaks 2017?
Murder, explosions, dragged out storylines, horrible characters being at the forefront, cheating and I'm forgetting the rest.
