I am wondering if there is there anyone in the UK that is using a satellite dish to watch beinsports on 25.5e?

If so, what size dish do you use and do you have any issues with the signal?

bit too big.. I install those types of systems- Beinsports (on 7.3w)/ ADsports on Nilesat & badr6 / Showsports on Nilesat etc Showsports was tough - ADSports was tougher & made far worse with their poor tuners but 25.5e is tougher.. not really bothered too much with 25.5e- it costs a lot to do the tests & only realistic to do tests in the south of the UK & it looks too impractical size wise.

Better with a +1m motorised sat system & iptv as back up

pedro -what size dish do you need these days to get good reception from Nilesat 7 West & BeIN sports?

I thought as they moved transponders a while back it was virtually impossible to get these any more?

26 East difficult to receive most transponders & 25.5 East none existent in UK

In the Midlands?, a decent 1.1 will get it with a bit of rain margin, any smaller = slim rain margin, bigger = more rain margin, it's easier in London & the south east, even SE Midlands sees an improvement, harder as you go north. You can still get it on decent 1.1ms in Cheshire, Manchester too, but needs a bit bigger, east at the same latitude can be easier. You can get it up to about Middlesbrough on decent 1.1s but it really starts to struggle any further north.
