Oh the joys of retirement . Just another day for me. When I was working(retired 5 years ago) I had to get up at 5.30am for a 6.45am start.

4:45am go to the gym at 5:10am, back home at 6:15, shower , change and go to work at 7am

It's always kind of amusing to see TV shows where people are complaining about being woken at 5:30 (I think one was on TV yesterday)

I find that if I attempt to go to the gym of an evening it doesn't get done, once home I'm loathe to go out again

Annoyingly the cat had learnt my schedule but is unable to figure out weekends so on Saturday & Sundays I usually have her caterwauling outside the door at about 5:30

Usually go to bed at about 11pm

Same here I was used to getting up early all my life. When I had a normal hours job 9 - 5 I thought it was great , as previous to this I had to get up about 5.30 in the morning or working nights , which I loved.

If I'm working 9am ish to be ready by 10. If I'm not it depends what time I went to sleep the night before, but I like to be up in time for Popmaster. Lie in normally on a weekend, luckily my dog is very good at waiting to go out and will happily have a lie in with me, I am not one of these owners who has to get up at a set time every day for the dog.
