I know quite a few people who pose next to designer things, and post online whilst being ambiguous about ownership, handbags, shoes, cars etc.
It's all for show, and most people who do own them, have most likely bought them using a credit card. Everything is a competition, and we live in an age where if you want something...you don't have to work for it. Nah, just have a credit card, and borrow the money. As long as you have what you want, who cares?

The merc was the unmarked police car that boxed it in.

Think it was the inquest thing today that stated there was two cars.

But good point. Maybe the keys were to the police cars aswell who knows!

Has anyone read the justice for Mohammad Yasser Yaqub page on facebook.

It is beyond rascist going in both directions, full of threats and full of people stating this that and the other happened and shouldn't have

Does anyone know where the story of family having 100 properties came from?

Nothing has been mentioned about his wife either

Said at the inquest that he was single, but reports say he was a father. If his mum was rubbing vics into his chest I imagine he still lives with his parents.

It never ceases to amaze me that Facebook allow pages like this and others in the past that use racism and threats yet for example be a woman breastfeeding or show a pic of your mastectomy scar for awareness the photo is removed fast for decency reasons.

Apparently he recently came out of a long term relationship , that was explained I think in response to why he was on a dating site

Any excuse for some people. I'm sure a lot less than half of the folk on there would have know him. Truth is, there's probably little sympathy within the Asian community for him due to his alleged character. We have a few in our local town that wouldn't be missed.

What's been said in the local press is that two cars were stopped at roughly the same time but at different places. One was the Audi with four on board at Junction 24 (Ainley Top), which was the one that ended in the shooting. The second was at or near Jnction 26 (Chain Bar).

Aerial pictures show a Mercedes which appears to have crowded the Audi into concrete bollards to the left, and two black BMW (?) 4WDs, a white car, and a van completing the box. Not all of those were necessarily in those positions at the precise moment the shots were fired, but I'd have thought that if they'd arrived more than a minute or two later they'd be with the group parked away from the main incident.

I'm sure I read he was married in the first stories.

I just read he had been single and put himself on a dating site after coming out of a 5 year relationship.

He was a father of two.

No. These pages never go well. If it's not the "U LEDGEND" posts it'll be expressions of pleasure and "jokes" in poor taste. Sooner or later someone ends up in court accused of "trolling".

I seem to remember that a photo of Michaelangelo's David was removed on one occasion.

Its the opposite on that particular page, as far as sympathy goes from his community.
There are insults thrown at all who say he wasn't a saint or who say the police were justified in their actions.

Some of the comments are just laughable & they are certainly not doing he, or his family any "justice" as the page was intended, unfortunately.

The very first reports were of a convoy of luxury cars being stopped and someone being shot.

This story ceased to interest me as soon as the violent, armed and drug dealing scumbag was shot dead (whilst thankfully no police officers were injured).

As surely as night follows day I knew that there would be family members declaring him a saint, demonstrations, vigils, the same tired old accusations of 'racism' and a veritable shitload of unappointed so called 'community leaders' to add fuel to the flames.

It's a despicable spectacle and one I have chosen not to endure simply by turning off the news every time that the story appears.

He is dead.

Good - one less 'gangsta' on the streets to destroy innocent people's lives.

So I was wrong, apologies, but I wasn't far out, Ferry Lane is the continuation of Forest Road E17, where I thought the incident had occurred.
It was nearer Tottenham Hale station, than Blackhorse Road station, but still quite a way from a High Street as such.

Tbh I think he should have remembered that when he was getting mixed up in whatever he was allegedly mixed up in.

I feel for his children. He did this to them, not the police.
