Yes Steven does need a SL and I hope he gets together with Johnny Carter which is what some on this forum want

Oh please no. Done to death. Very tired of this constant narrative.

When Steven came back it was very exciting but now he's been pushed a back a bit. There were quite a few light storylines going for him at one point.
- What happened between him and Peter. - Lauren's true feelings for Steven - Steven and Johnny's flirting He does need to be brought forward again soon. I agree he should ditch Lauren and get with Johnny (at long last). |

Well, the character is bisexual so its not completely beyond the realms of possibility.

I'm more convinced that there's bisexuality.😊 God has yet to convince me....and he's running out of time.
Religions unfortunately do exist (to the chagrin of the world) but like you I don't think there is a god.

He really is a spare part at the moment. Until he gets a gritty storyline, it would be unfair for me to comment on his like ability.
He's, well, just there. |

I have to admit I'm baffled by your comment though. |

I'm disappointed in Steven. He took this whole Lucy business surprisingly well.

I hated him during his 2007 - 2008 stint. The out of control, angry teenager who blamed his parents for all his problems had been done a thousand times before. However since his comeback last year I've actually found myself quite liking Steven. He has that dark edge and can be quite sneaky but at the same time I think he's genuinely looking out for Ian and has the family's best interests at heart.
I want to see more of his relationship with Lauren and learn what went on between Lauren and Peter. And it would be good to see Jane interact with Steven more, their relationship has the potential to be very interesting. I'd also like to see Steven bond more with Kathy after all he spent the first 12 years of his life believing she was his real grandmother and Kathy was very close to the Beale kids and used to look after them a lot before she left for South Africa. I don't think he even calls her Gran anymore I'm sure he refers to her as Kathy. |

His relationship with Lauren is one of the strangest I've ever seen in soaps. They don't interact often; when they do they look miserable and glum. The actors basically look like they're waiting for a storyline to kick in that just isn't coming.
I really think Aaron Sidwell is a talent but I can't see him wanting to commit to the show for much longer if they keep sidelining his character like this. |

I have a feeling that Steven storyline is on hold until Peter gets back. If Ben not playing Peter then they should get Thomas back. Saves another recast and Thomas has grown up nicely.
