Unlocking Wap On Three
Is there anyway to unlock the WAP service on three so I can view other WAP Pages other than just the Three pages?

if anyone knows away to unlock the wap then please let us know. You want a proper network like Vodafone, T-Mobile, 02 or Orange that actually allow there customers to do what they want to do with there 3G mobile handsets. |

Its got nothing to do with unlocking handsets or reflashing them, its Three's network! It simply doesnt allow outside traffic through it! Only things you can access are Three's content, known by some as The Walled Garden!

There's a really twisted way in which you e-mail a URL to a certain adress and you get the page e-mailed back to you. Very fiddly.
Considering how reasoncale 3 are for calls + texts, I'd guess they need to make as much as they can from the walled garden stuff. I usually get billed for about 50p of content I haven't used, but last time I tried to query it, the hastle cost me more on lost hair than 50p. Trying to phone a call centre with staff readng off a computer screen and just going round in circles. : I didn't D/L it Our computer says you did But I didn't But... |
