We commented around that time that it was noisy outside this evening but didn't feel anything different. The extra noise could have been a longer train than usual going past.

Well yes I had a general notion that that was the case; but that's true of most of the country from where I am so not really a description. I've googled it now. Costal town but an average high of 19 degrees in July/August brrrr I'll stick to the south.
