The solicitors I am using are ancient - over 150 years old (the firm that is) and have the deeds to my house.

You;d think they would know what they are talking about - perhaps the solicitor in question is fresh out of university as she's not named on the website.
In medium/large law firms, matrimonial matters are often dealt with by legal executives rather than solicitors, so she might be listed under a separate section of their website.

Thanks for this, it might explain why she has been available to talk to me straightaway when I rang her twice, today. I haven't had much dealings with solicitors outside buying and selling our houses over the years.

Hi Peach If this Con man is Putting in a Claim for Some of your Assets in the Divorce Then Can you not Put a Claim into His Assets i.e. the Money you Invested into the Home Improvements ?
