Toy collection sells for £100k
I can't see a thread on this but found it fascinating and quite a remarkable collection of 700 toy cars.
67 year old Anders Clausager who started collecting from six years old eventually decided to let the lot go to auction. Estimated bid value was £40 - 60k but they sold for £100k! Most are still boxed and in mint condition which would have added to the value. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/arti...e-100-000.html |

Kerchng! Lovely collection to have, I wonder how much profit he made?
I have mixed views about it as i used to know someone who had done the same, collected cars since childhood and all still remained at his parents house stored in the loft. Every single one brand new and boxed. |
