You're going to regret that refusal Rhona
She could have let him down easier rather looking horrified by the very idea.

Oh dear , Pierce is showing his nuttier side again , hopefully he will kill 80% of the cast and we can start again

Hooray Belle is taking Shadrach the dog for a walk
OK. Pierce is dead to me

Making someone a rapist to lessen the sins of someone else.

Now, let me think - which pairing have they used this narrative on already...............................
I thought about making a comment here but I know how much you dislike that so I won't.

Analysis of Emmerdale Characters

1) Pierce - someone turning you down for marriage doesn't mean you can behave like this, forcing yourself on my beloved Rhona - of course I doubt it will even occur to him that he did anything wrong at all.

Sidebar
Did they give any kind of warning of unpleasantness at the start because normally given notice if someone so much as breaks a fingernail or Zak says boo to one of his pigs.

2) Rhona should have left the uncontrollable pig long ago- did think looking quite that horrified when someone asks you to marry then wasn't advisable

I'll say that again how dare Pierce do that to my beloved Rhona

3) Lisa make your mind up no wonder Zak is confused whether you are getting back together or not.

4) At least Belle is happy but why is she dressing like a pilot of a biplane?

5) Poor Zak having to share a room with Cain and to have to put up with Lisa

6) Poor Cain having to put up with Zak

7) Kerry dear how have you changed just this week you got drunk and burned down a caravan

8) Oi Pearl your the one with Convictions for fraud and stealing not Liv, so shut up and go into an old peoples home.

9) Liv and Gabby are friends again all is well with the world

10) Aaron is cooking, run away far away his crying into the food with poison it.

11) Robert is avoiding AAron and spending time with Rebecca I wonder why that is.

12) THa Galloping Gormless Moron was his usual Moronic self

13) Chas is finally rid of the Bumbling Idiot

14) Shut up you Bumbling idiot

Aww, thank you. Yes, I'm still holding my biggest, thickest, warmest, longest coat in reserve. I was very tempted to shake the moths out of it this morning but I was only going to Asda, in the car, so I resisted.

I have no money for central heating costs so just share a Snugglesafe with the cat in bed. Suffice to say I get about ten percent of the warmth. How do small cats manage to cover so much space?

You should count yourself lucky the moggy lets you share its Snugglesafe in the first place. I wouldn't.

Oh yes, Rose and Robblesfield. 'Twas a tragedy that.
