Yes would be my answer.

Much reduced quality, especially tops and thin t.shirts. Same old drab colours.

Overpriced and mostly tat.

I have to say that I usually spend quite a lot of money in NEXT sale. This year I could only find two tops that I liked. As for M&S the amount of sale items they have left in our huge local store reflects the fact that not many like their clothes, and as for the prices, far too high even in the sale. There is a little improvement in styles this year, but they really do not seem to know who their market is. If they were to look around they would see their customers are mostly late 30s to elderly.
