Sorry - one of the Nolan sisters once walked into my restaurant. Unfortunately her washing was stuck in one of the washers in the launderette in the same block of shops. (She was playing in the Panto in the town I lived at the time.) She was utterly delightful, sharp, funny, down to earth. We managed to locate the owners for her and get her washing out. Meanwhile she ate some food, had coffees and was utterly charming while she waited. I take how I find, and this particular Nolan was lovely.
Are you allowed to reveal which one?

I'm guessing Bernie...

Yes that's right Nicola went along completely with Coleen but Nicola gets a pass for some reason 😳 Maybe because's not a Nolan.

.
Or maybe because she's an out-and-out biatch...!!!

Coleen is fame hungry, she even came to the opening of my bowels.
That says more about you than it ever could about Coleen. There's no need for such a crass, disgusting comment.

What's she said?
She said that she was wondering whether Angie would struggle being in the house. She and Nicola then advised Angie on how to take her clothes off for a shower without the cameras showing her bits. She then said that it's "not a five star hotel".

Isn't that bitchy? What a horrible, disgusting thing to say.

BIB: Me neither and I'd be more than happy for her to win. I've never understood why she receive such a negative response from some quarters. Still, she has her fans, proved by the fact that she finished 2nd in her year.

I like her quick humour - if she shows more of this in the house, I think she will be in with a good chance.
Yes, she has a very dry, very sarcastic sense of humour, and I like it as well.

BIB, totally agree, one of the worst winners in BB history, imo.

As for Coleen, by no means a fan but not entirely sure what she's meant to have done other than say, she doesn't think Angie looks too comfortable in the house.
I've watched many a series and so don't always remember everything - but this I do remember vividly! Jim Davidson as a winner was a complete shock to me (and Bear) as I try to have faith in the British public to get it right with voting competitions. He was a clever, manipulative, slimy, snake!
Yes, thank you for the reminder - totally agree with you (if I could put a tick I would 👍&#128077
Good to read that I'm not alone with my opinion.

That's good to read as well - something that completely goes against what some people on here when they say that the Nolans are all horrible people - trying to claim that that's the gospel truth.

Angie is poised, slender and beautiful; of course that sack of spuds Nolan hates her.

Totally uncalled for!

I must have missed when she said she hated Angie. If she hates her because she is slender then I would presume you think she "hates" every other female in there?

Well first of all I didn't think for a moment anyone would be daft enough to take my post literally.

Secondly, you or anyone else don't get to tell me what is or isn't called for.

Thirdly, Angie is the only other 'older' female HM, that's her competition within the house, not the young ones.

So, are you saying she doesn't hate Angie, she's simply jealous of her?

OK, totally uncalled for, imo.

In what way is Angie competition?

She's competition for mother of the house.

What about the male HMs, is there a competition for "dad of the house"?

It's to be expected really, she is on Loose Women after all.

They are the type of people that would be nice to your face and then bitch and gossip about you behind your back.

I'm answering your question with the original posters answer not my own.

There seems to be a lot of mind-readers on this forum. Then again, I'm not surprised as I predicted that she'd get a lot of stick purely because she's a Nolan, and they're somehow the Devil incarnate on this forum.
Always are (though they aren't always out in force).

Thanks. It doesn't seem bitchy to me, but I suppose the part saying it's not a five star hotel could be construed as a dig.

I agree with you about Jim Davidson, about Jim vs Linda in CBB, and in not understanding why the Nolans are so disliked. However, I haven't like what I've seen of Linda in CBB or of Coleen in CBB or Dancing on Ice, so I don't agree with the more positive comments.

Denise Nolan? Wasn't she one of the sisters who was ostracised from the family, along with Anne? I seem to remember reading that Coleen accused Denise of resenting her success. Lovely family!

Denise Welsh was on BBOTS just now and Rylan asked her about Coleen. Denise paused for quite a bit and responded that she thought Coleen had a strategy and she though she may be doing that passive-aggressive thing of talking about people in the garden and then not telling them (or words to that effect) A clip was then shown (won't divulge or would need a spoiler) which shows Coleen quite assertive about something Angie said to her - other people present and Denise then said she agreed with what Coleen had said so basically had to eat her words. However, Denise does seem to think that Coleen has gone in with a strategy and also that she does a passive-aggressive thing. It seems to me Angie may be part of this if Denise is right. Watch and learn

Perhaps Denise does believe that Coleen "does a passive-aggressive thing", but if so, she hasn't described one. "Talking about people in the garden and then not telling them" is ordinary talking about them that happenes to take place in a garden. (Do people normally talk about someone and then tell them? No.) But at worst, it's talking behind backs, or bitching, rather than something normally described as passive-aggressive.
