Emmerdale should win. I really hope it does.

I only currently watch Emmerdale but I refused to vote for it after such an awful year. Voting for a soap out of blind loyalty does them no favours; it just validates the appalling work and they end up giving themselves a big pat on the back and think we want more of the same. Maybe some do, but I certainly don't, and that's why EastEnders got my vote.

I don't watch it but based on comments on the forum about the new producer trying to make it character led rather than drama led sounds great to me. Wish he was at Emmerdale instead.

I voted Corrie because at the time I voted ( a couple of months ago now) the improvement was there for all to see!! It's tailed off a bit since then again but it was not done out of blind loyalty as I haven't voted at all for the last few years, simply because Corrie hasn't been worth voting for!!
Despite the slowing down in improvement I'm still glad I did vote this year though because i still think KO has done enough to merit encouragement!!
