Multiroom with original equipment (not Q)
Been with Sky since day one. Just went through a cancellation process, and got a good deal to stay (75% off and £100 credit). Anyway, did not reactivate multiroom at the time (last week). Now decided I do really want it. This is where the fun begins.
Numerous 'live chat' and calls have left me none the wiser. Constantly being directed towards Sky Q, which I do not want as it will negate my present discounted deal, plus I just don't fancy it just now. Call last night gave me hope that I could just reactivate my still connected spare box, but I would need to commit to a 12 month contract, also there was far too much vagueness about its impact on my present discounted deal. Call handler tried to assure me that it would not, but after being conned by Sky, Vodafone and BT in the past year I do not trust any deal offered over the phone. Live chat not an option to reactivate multiroom, has to be done over phone! Anyone 'in the know' at Sky able to advise further. |

Send an e-mail to jeremy.darroch@bsky.com and ask them to sort it out for you.
Also note, upgrading to SkyQ does not cancel your discount. |
