Simon Mousakka admitted this on Twitter. I call for his instant dismissal. How unprofessional can you get?

Do you have parody threads lined up for every subject because it could get cluttered

The mods should do something about these totally nonsensical threads popping up everywhere, haven't the posters got anything better to do?

It'll only get worse, they are going to have a partial banned user amnesty when the site is upgraded.

Are these anymore ridiculous than the actual ones? I'm genuinely trying to make a point here about the stupidity of some threads on here

It's also quite tedious. Yawn. |

But creating numerous threads such as this is stupidity in itself.
It's also quite tedious. Yawn. There are much better ways to make a point than to create a number of annoyingly stupid threads to highlight how stupid some threads are

I must admit I saw this and thought, c'mon, the joke's run it's couse. Then I saw it was a reaction to yet another senseless thread from MR_Pitkin - "Unshaven Evan Davis on Newsnight".
So I say good on the OP - someone needs to force the issue that certain people repeatedly starting threads on the most absolute trivial of issues regarding BBC News is just a complete pain in the backside and needs to be stopped. If parody is all we have to do that, then so be it. |

If parody is all we have to do that, then so be it. Adding to a problem does not solve it, or force an issue, it simply makes it worse..... If the starters of the other threads you mention have not taken the hint by what people say within those threads I cannot see that starting a series of ridiculous threads will stop them. |
