Avian Flu - Slimbridge
I hear Avian flu has been found at this location, will DEFRA in it's infinite wisdom, be slaughtering all the Birds they can find at this infected location - including the many potentially resident birds found there?
I'm asking this, because the usual DEFRA procedural practice - is to murder everything "fowl" when Bird flu is found at a commercial poultry farm. |

I wouldn't have thought they would be killing all the birds, just the ones affected. I wondered about cats killing birds and the risk to them, but the vet assured me that cats (and dogs) are 100% immune to all types of bird flu, including those which mutated to affect humans. |
