Wills
does anybody know of where I can get basic advice and get a new one written.
I'll go to a will writing company etc to do it properly but would like to know a few things first. |

I've got one already but am thinking of changing it. However, what I want to do might not be possible in which case I wouldn't bother. Just basic advice on a couple of points is what I would like to know.

I'm a bit biased having been married to a solicitor for more years than most of you have been alive for.
Go to a solicitor. Our lives are much more complex than they have ever been before - children of one Mum but different Fathers. A Dad with children from more than one woman. Divorces. Each leads to more complications. I know it's a fee that most don't want to pay but if you have something to leave, don't get it wrong. |
