Just thought i'd mention this if anyone is interested. (Very) early access game at the moment available for free or pay-what-you-want.

Premise is quite simple - you start off in the middle of the ocean on 4 pieces of wood and you have to survive. Use your hook on a rope to reel in various items that let you build up the raft.

The "hook", if you will, is that there's a shark constantly circling you who comes in every now and again to attack your raft so you also have to fend him off.

It's pretty decent if you're in to that sort of thing - it's apparently written by a team of students (of which I am clearly not one )

Got great potential if you're into builder/ survival games

The only issue i can see with it at the moment is that once you've managed to build up a big enough raft and have enough cooking areas on the go for water and food and also a few trees growing for wood and, i assume, thatch for rope, it would then quickly become rather monotonous as you'd just spend your time fishing and fending off the shark attacks here and there.

But then I suppose it's at an early enough stage in development that these sort of things can be addressed.
