“Or does it apply only to transsexuals?

Or only to Nadia?”

Rules will be introduced in order to back up administrators views.
Beth thinks nadia is a woman, so a rule was introduced to suggest she is right. And anybody who questions it will be "in violation of the T&C" which then gives her the right to issue warning and bannings.

It's a subversive tactic to purpetuate an agenda.

The fact that nadia was only in Big Brother because of the transexuality has nothing to do with it, for some reason.

In case you haven't read the posts in this thread, this one is particularly relevant :

Hmm,

With BB6 just a week away why risk getting banned haggling over an issue from day 1 of BB5?

Nadia's just Nadia, the winner of BB5. There are 12 new HMs to argue about soon, and I'd hazard a bet the tranny argument won't be an issue.

How many people were warned about calling Tanya "Dave" or refering to her as a man? Nadia actually was a man, has masculine features and, although I may be wrong in this, is still legally a man.

Next we'll be getting warned for calling emma an idiot and cameron boring...”

You are right of course in what you say
....
....
about Emma being an idiot

as Victor said

"Possibly THE most stupidiest person in the world"!

I hardly recognised Nadia on Foolin' around with...
She looks so different! - she looks great-!

She looks stunning. I am so, so glad she won! I think she played the game really well; she was far too clever for the boys and their girlfriends!

Oli looked rather silly when he said Nadia was stupid for not realising that he is the true single, when she already had him down as the true single in her head!

If forum members can call Cameron boring because they didnt like him, or they didnt understand him, I reserve the legal right to call Nadia He until such a time as the UK law is ammended to block my right to refer to Nadia by gender.

Forum rules or not, consistency needs to be applied (Beth).

The Nadia question won't go away so long as there is a special rule protecting her but not other HMs.

What law do you have in mind? What exactly does it say?

I find it hard to believe there's a legal issue here that ITV's lawyers are evidently unaware of (because ITV broadcast comments referring to N as male) but about which people here can (or, rather, it seems, can't) cite chapter and verse.

This is my opinion...

Nadia is a woman, she has always been a woman, and she will always be a woman no matter what anyone says.

If someone was born with three arms, with genes that said they had three arms but they had it corrected so they then had the normal 2 arms, would people still say they had three arms? No, they wouldn't. So why do people continue to call Nadia a man? She corrected what nature got wrong and had treatment and an operation to correct a birth defect.

She has had such a tough ride to be considered by society as female and people still won't lay off of her. Women who are born in the correct body have it so easy and are considered as female from day 1. Yet people still don't think that Nadia deserves to be considered female when she has went through so much more to gain that status than any natural born woman.

I was born in London, both my parents are londoners , but moved to scotland when I was young, I now speak with a very broad glasweigian accent.

When I am home, london, am I called an 'f'ing jock'?

The problem people have is that there is a specific rule on this forum regarding a single housemate that prevents people expressing thier opinions on this person.
Big brother is a show about opinions, we like some people , we dislike others. We think some parts of some peoples pesonalities are good, we think some parts of others personalities are not.

The point about cameron being "boring" is a prime example.
I have seen many posts on this forum bad mouthing peoples appearance, personality, choices.
So why is it ok to discuss or badmouth camerons "dullness" or john tickles "nerdness" but we cant discuss nadias "transexuality", its almost like the person who introduced this rule is using it to protect thier own opinions and preventing people from challenging it.

Do you seriously think that nadias transexuality had nothing to do with the fact that nadia was chosen to be in big brother in the first place?
Therefore, we should be allowed to discuss it.

I don't have any problem with that; but it makes it even odder that the rule about respedcting gender applies to Nadia but not to other women.

So far as I can tell, it's still within the rules for people to refer to Tania as "Mania", "Dave", "Tan the Man", etc.
