I received my new Vodafone contract phone today, bought from their website. The only thing in the parcel was the phone and an invoice. What wasn't included was details of how to register the sim and the phone.

check the website for the customer services number, phone them and see if you need to do anything.

when i got mine from them on the internet i didnt need to do anything, it was already registered. this was about 4-6 months ago.

It would of been nice to have my new number printed somewhere on all the stuff I got with it. I had to ring my old mobile in the end to get the number!
