Samsung D500 - Bluetooth Problems

Everytime I try to send or receive anything by Bluetooth it keeps asking me for a code

Any idea whats going on?

You need to "pair" the devices. You enter a code of your choice on the first device eg 123 and then the other device asks for it to confirm authenticity. With a headset or similar the code is often preset to 0000 but see the manual etc for the devices you're using.
