Has anyone been experiencing problems with receiving text messages recently ?

My brother uses an Ericsson T68. He is able to send messages ok, although his handset doesn't appear to be receiving them.

He phoned customer services who told him to make sure the phones memory wasn't full, which he has emptied (Even the outbox). They said they were going to send a sim update, as yet no joy.

Anyone have any ideas ? Cheers.

My son was having the same problem with Orange.They know all about the fault so just give them a ring and they will fix it for you.You won't have lost any messages.
