orange remaining credit
i cannot find out how much talk time i have left on my orange contract phone, when i dial 150 and try too check im told this service is not available. Ive phoned orange customer services and they say its a nation wide problem and would not be working for a few weeks at least maybe even months! Can anyone tell me if they are having the same problem.

Either I know much less about mobiles than I think I do, or you are getting confused between contract and pay as you go. I thought the whole point of a contract was that you had no limits on how many calls you can make and just pay monthly/quarterly for the ones you do make?
Or maybe you mean talktime as in included free minutes, but I didn't think you can check how many free minutes you have left either. God I'm confused now

I'm on Orange and rang c.s. up trying to find out my remaining talktime (hadn't been updated for the two weeks it was unavlible) and the rep said that it can't cope with the amount of customers on Orange and it might be disontinued soon.
He recommended resetting your call registeres every month! What about WAP and Cross Network? |
