Hi there,

Just wondered if anyone knows where I can get a cheap new 1100 either SIM free or on Vodafone?

Not sure about the vodafone/sim free but i know where you CAN get one for £26.99 with £25 credit on Virgin. PM me for details and once you get it I can give you an unlock code if you like

I'm not sure why it's so secret. Its available at virginmobile.com/lifestylerewards at that price.

once you've spent £30 on virgin they will unlock the phone for free - that applies to any virgin phone

True dawson, but you would have to be very mentally challenged to post your IMEI number in a forum....

You mean its safer to pm it to some anonymous person on an internet forum?

I guess there are many hundred of them already posted in the thread above alone (not to mention the many thousands posted in other sites forums) and no one seems to have complained of any adverse affect here yet.

Matt, if this scare-mongerer has worried you at all, you can either obtain the unlock code from Virgin for a small fee (someone said spend £30 and you'll get it for free) or once you've got your phone, post again and I'll explain step by step how to unlock it without having to give your IMIE code to anyone

if you look around in your local phone phone you will found them for less than £10
